A few thoughts on my journey so far…
- I Corinthians 1:10 - A great verse for blog world! I know it hit me!
- I Corinthians 1:26-29 - EVERY TIME I read this section in Scripture it blows my mind and causes me to SCREAM out, “Thank You Jesus!”
- I Corinthians 2:9 - I have NO IDEA what God has planned…and neither do you.
- I Corinthians 3:16 - Now about that exercise thing…
- I Corinthians 4:2 - My prayer is that God would find me faithful and trustworthy.
- I Corinthians 6:19-20 - I am not my own!!!
- I Corinthians 7:23 - The church has always had some sort of legalistic battle to fight.
- I Corinthians 9:20-23 - I wonder if Paul was ever criticized for “watering the Gospel down” because of the way he lived in order to reach people?
- I Corinthians 9:24-27 - I should run to win!!!
- I Corinthians 10:13 - THIS VERSE has been used over and over again by me…I have literally had to quote it out loud several times…and the promise associated with it has pulled me through some major temptations!
- I Corinthians 10:24 - I am not that good at this…and the Lord is really showing me how to get better.
- I Corinthians 12:7 - EVERY Christian has a spiritual gift & should use it for God’s glory.
- I Corinthians 13:1 - Anger and bitterness will cause me to be a noisy gong or clanging symbol!
- I Corinthians 13:11 - Every man needs to memorize this verse…just my opinion!
- I Corinthians 14:8 - LEADERSHIP MATTERS!
- I Corinthians 15:3-7 - THIS is the Gospel!
- I Corinthians 15:14 - Yep!
- I Corinthians 15:58 - There is a pastor out there who NEEDS this verse!!!
- I Corinthians 16:1-2 - Regular, consistent giving is both Biblical AND worship!
- I Corinthians 16:8-9 - Paul knew that an effective door had opened for him because of the opposition he was facing…opposition isn’t always a bad thing.
- I Corinthians 16:13-14 - I prayed this for me…easy to read, a struggle to apply.
