Healer

Dear NewSpring...

Sometimes we see Jesus as our Provider. We find ourselves in situations where if He does not provide (resources, strength or insight) then we know we are in trouble.

Sometimes we JESUS as our Savior. We find ourselves in circumstances and storms and we know that unless He makes Himself known that life may take a tragic turn.

And then there are times we see Jesus as our Healer. We are wounded from past decisions we have made, wounded from what has been done to us, wounded from a marriage that is barely hanging on, wounded from a habitual sin that seems to dominate us, wounded from the doctors report informing us that we did not expect...and we need Jesus to HEAL us.

Jesus is a HEALER - and we know this...but I have discovered this truth only when I have been in situations where I've actually needed to be healed!

This Sunday at NewSpring we've changed what we had originally planned...we've done so in order for our church to focus on the fact that Jesus IS our Healer, and that in and through Him NOTHING is impossible!!

If you feel like you've lost hope, if you feel your marriage is on its last leg, if you have cancer and your life is fading away, if you are dominated by stress, anxiety and fear then you do not want to miss Sunday!!!

Jesus knows who you are and what you are going through. I believe THIS Sunday He is going to give people hope by beginning the process of healing in so many lives.

I have not been this excited about a service at NewSpring since our church began!!
