Five Thoughts On The QB Controvery At Clemson

#1 - Dabo Swinney is 105-30 as a head coach and has had Clemson in the National Championship hunt for the past three years (winning one) - so - I say let the coaches coach...and the fans tailgate.  

#2 - If Clemson wins out the season, people will say this was the greatest decision ever - if a game is lost, people will say the coaches are idiots (because, after all, the critics are REALLY good at NCAA on Playstation!)  

#3 - The coaches (not the people who call in on sports talk radio) are actually in the best position to make the best decisions.  (And...is it just me, or has anyone ever wondered why it seems so many people have so much time to call into these talk shows?)  

#4 - In 10 years what is dominating Clemson news today will be nothing more than a sentence in a story.  

#5 - In 100 years this will not matter at all

I don't know how to coach!  

I could not design a defensive scheme if my life depended on it.  

Heck, I am not even sure I could be the "get back" guy for Coach Venables.  

However, I love football, enjoy the games and am excited about the future of the program under Dabo - people keep questioning his decisions, and he just keeps on winning.
