The ONE THOUGHT That Will Prevent You From Losing Weight And Feeling Great!

Yesterday I shared five simple steps to losing weight and feeling great - however, I wanted to take some time this week and write a bit more about some of those steps...

...the first one especially--because losing weight and feeling great begins with a mindset.  

I know this because for years I allowed one thought to hold me captive when it came to being unhealthy...

..."I can't do this, this is just the way I am!"  (OK, that's sorta two thoughts!)  

Saying, "this is just the way I am" was nothing more than an excuse that prevented me from becoming who I knew I needed to be - a WAY healthier version of me!  

This mindset held me in a prison of predictability as not only did I not attempt losing weight, but rather continued my insanity by making more and more unhealthy choices.  

Until one day I snapped...

...literally something shifted in my mind from, "I can't" to "I can--and I will!"  

And from that point forward I embraced the PROCESS of losing weight (it did not happen overnight, there were definitely mountains and valleys; however, over time and with consistency I was eventually able to achieve my goals...)

...and if I can do it--you can too!
