The ONE Key To Productivity

Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up.  James 4:10

Every single one of us want to be more productive!  We are leaders, we want to get things done, see progress, make some noise...

This morning it hit me like a ton of bricks in the face that...

THE KEY TO PRODUCTIVITY IS HUMILITY! 

As I mentioned yesterday on the Growth Company's Facebook Page - leaders don't always have to have all the answers, but we do need to be asking the right questions.

As I reflected on that concept it hit me it takes humility to ask for help...

It takes humility to say, "I don't know." 

It takes humility to ask people to help us figure something out.

Humility really is the key to productivity. 

Thing about Jesus - the GREATEST leader to ever live.  I would argue that NO ONE has EVER accomplished more than HIM...and as we can see from His life He was the model for humility! 

People will respect and follow a leader who is willing to say, "I don't know" and "will you help." 

Humility is the KEY to productivity!
