Just got finished reading the first two chapters of Nehemiah…dang…every time I read that book of the Bible I get FIRED UP!!!
Anyway…the reason that I am posting this morning is because I am EXCITED!!! Yes, it is true…Sunday’s always pump me up…and today will be fun…but…
Tomorrow morning I head out for Panama City Beach to be the speaker for our youth camp. This is something I get to do every year…and I LOVE hanging out with our teens.
Last year we took right around 190 students…this year we are taking over 400. (That number does not include chaperones!) AND I will have to say that last year was one of the most awesome experiences I have ever had in ministry…but I know that this year will blow it away.
SO…please pray for all of us as we will be traveling. The teens leave tonight and there are several others of us leaving tomorrow. Pray that God will rock our worlds…and that these teenagers will come back FIRED UP, ready to change this community for Christ.
