Have you ever wrestled with your personal appearance?

In July of 2016 I was weighing in at a little over 240, my pants were too tight and I wore really baggy clothes all the time to hide the rolls that were developing on me.  

AND - I was super discouraged (and confused) because I literally worked out (HARD) every single day...

...and yet instead of losing weight I kept gaining.  

I hated the way I looked--and I hated the way I felt!  

It was during this time I heard the phrase for the first time, "You cannot outwork bad eating habits."  

I dismissed the statement as stupid (because I didn't want it to be true); however, over time (and with some self experimentation) I understood not only was it true--but embracing it could absolutely change my life.  

Since that time period I've lost over 40 pounds (weighed in the other day at 199.5) and 4 inches in the waist.  

And I am stronger than I've ever been (lifting weights) as well as in the best shape (cardio wise) of my life.  

Back in late August/early September people began asking me how I had lost all my weight.  At first I thought it was just a few people noticing; however, over time the questions about it began to significantly increase - and I began to realize this is a pain point for so many people.
