Seven Ways You Can Be Rich

#1 - Put God FIRST in your finances, until He is in control your money will be out of control!  (Colossians 1:17 promises than IN HIM all things hold together, if something is falling apart it's most likely because it is not "in Him!")

#2 - Wrap your mind around the fact that if you make $30,000 or more you are in the top 2% of the RICHEST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD (go to this website to see where you compare!)  

#3 - Have a PLAN for your money (a budget!!!)  Proverbs 21:5 says,"The plans of the diligent lead to profit as surely as haste leads to poverty." #4 - Give it TIME...what we spent years messing up will most likely not be fixed in three days, or even three weeks! 

#5 - Understand that Jesus said MONEY is the #1 indicator of where our heart is (Matthew 6:21) and is also the #1 competitor for our heart (Matthew 6:24).  In other words, it is a spiritual impossibility to be a fully devoted follower of Christ and it not impact our finances.  

#6 - Accept the fact that God is a giver (John 3:16) and we cannot out give Him (Proverbs 3:9-10!)  

#7 - Buy Andy Stanley's new book, "How To Be Rich!"  I read it in one sitting...it's awesome...a "MUST READ" for everyone!  AND, you are WAY more likely to "BE RICH" by buying this book than you are by playing the lottery!!!
