A few thoughts on yesterday…
- GREAT DAY at NewSpring Church!
- Saw several people stand and acknowledge that they were giving their lives to Jesus—THAT never gets old!
- Snow in the south makes people act absolutely CRAZY!
- For my friends in the North…if ONE flake of snow falls…just ONE…people down here literally lose their freakin minds…believe me!!! It’s amazing!!!
- For some reason everyone wants to RUN to the store and buy bread and milk…I have NEVER understood why those two items are so “necessary!”
- Seeing couples renew their wedding vows was one of the most awesome things I’ve had the privilege to be a part of.
- YES, we had people come out at 6:00 in Anderson AND in Greenville…quite possibly the roudiest crowd of the day!
- Marriage will AUTOMATICALLY improve when we focus on our faults rather than those of our spouse.
- Adam had a job BEFORE he had a wife!
- BTW…God ROCKED my world this AM in my quiet time. Doing a singles series this fall…and He basically gave me the outline for the whole thing. THANK YOU JESUS!!!
- Passive men have NEVER accomplished ANYTHING significant for God—EVER!
- Men, is there ANYTHING in you that God wants to remove from you?
- Ladies, who are you allowing to shape you?
- Yes, I did say “Buddha damn.” You’ll have to listen to the message.
- Anderson campus opens it brand new children’s facility this coming Sunday.
- Unleash is less than two weeks away!!!
- Starting a new series this Sunday entitled, “Where’s My Bailout?”
That’s about it for now. Gotta go and…DO NOTHING! The office was shut down today…enjoying time with Cretia and Charisse…going to hit it hard tomorrow. Can’t wait!
