Running Update

So…we just finished our 18 miles! How does it feel? Well—it feels like we just ran 18 miles…in other words—IT HURTS! :-)
Yes, we ran in the rain…and it was awesome! I was fearful that we might get some really bad weather—but we decided to do it anyway, I think it made us run faster!
Oh yeah—‘Cretia and I have been married six years today! Thank you Jesus that she knows more about me than anyone else does…and she loves me anyway!
