Seven Questions You Need To Ask Yourself About Money!

Sep 19, 2014

#1 – Are you in debt and feel like there is no way out?

#2 – Are you transferring balances from credit card to credit card and wondering how long you can keep this up?

#3 – Are you and your spouse fighting over money? Conflict over money is one of the #1 causes of divorce!)

#4 – Are you making financial decisions that you hope your spouse does not discover?

#5 – If you missed one paycheck, would it cripple you financially?

#6 – When you look at your financial future, do you feel hopeful or hopeless?

#7 – Are you continually telling yourself (and others), “If I just had more money then all of my problems will go away!”

If any of these are things are something you’ve thought, said or worried about then DO NOT MISS this Sunday at NewSpring Church as we continue our series, “The Church Just Wants Your Money.”

The Bible has a LOT to say about money! Did you know than in the Bible there are about 500 verses on prayer, less than 500 on faith, but over 2,000 on money and possessions?

Jesus told 38 parables and 16 of them (nearly half) had to do with money.

Jesus said that money is the number one competitor for our hearts (Matthew 6:24), and I have learned through Scripture and life experience that until God is IN control of an area of our lives—that area will be out of control.

Here’s the good news—you CAN live in financial freedom. You CAN have hope! You CAN win with money (check out our website designed to help you with this). You CAN have financial margin in your life.

When Jesus is involved there is always hope!

Don’t MISS this Sunday at NewSpring Church as we dive into more of the story in I Kings 18. AND...if it was your birthday this week I may have a little surprise for you!
