Pastor P - Are You Excited About Clemson Being In The National Championship?

I've been asked that question a lot lately...

The short answer is "YES!"  

I was in Miami on January 1, 1982 when Clemson defeated Nebraska.  It was pretty exciting, something I've never forgotten.  

HOWEVER...

In all honesty...I'm more excited about NewSpring in 2016 than any football game that has ever been played.  

Monday night a national champion will be decided...

But TOMORROW (Sunday) at NewSpring people will meet Christ, chains of addictions will be broken, people fill find hope, relationships will be restored, the kingdom of darkness will get pushed back a little further - and God will get the glory for it all.  

I love a National Championship - but a RISEN SAVIOR must be celebrated more!
