It’s The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year…Except When It’s Not!

It's that time of year, Christmas parties, presents, laughter and joy as people all over the world experience celebration at epic levels.  

Statistics show people are more generous this time of year, and compassion and love for others seem to increase as well (with being stuck in traffic as the obvious exception!)  

However, for some people, this is far from "the most wonderful time of the year."  

• While others celebrate--they are in despair.  
• While others gather together--they are alone.  
• While others laugh--they weep.  

And statistics also show that anxiety and depression are at their highest this time of year as well.  

So, if you know someone who may be in a bad place this year - don't just pray for them, reach out to them, invite them over for a meal, or meet up with them for a cup of coffee.  I can promise you that your effort to reach out to them (and offer to hang out with them) will be the most impactful thing you could ever imagine.
