10 years ago we had BIG DREAMS…but NO ONE could have ever imagined this!
To say that things are exciting around here would be an understatement. AND this Sunday will be a celebration in regards to all God has done…AND also a time of anticipation in regards to all we are believing He is STILL going to do.
So, saying that, here are a few reminders…
#1 - ONE SERVICE this week…10:30 at the BILO center. If you are unable for some reason to attend we will have the service available online on Sunday evening…our target time is 6pm.
#2 - Normal service times will resume the next week at every campus.
#3 - Please, please, please try your best to get to the BILO Center as early as you can. We are planning on opening the doors at 9:00 and once the seats are full, well, they’re full. (The ONLY seats that are being reserved for large groups are the ones that are going to be held for the buses that will be coming in from Florence and Columbia.)
#4 - Remember that NewSpring is paying for your parking IF you park in one of the four city owned garages that are near the BILO Center (here is that information.) If you park in a private parking area then you should expect to pay between $5-10.
#5 - The crowd is going to be INSANE…so…expect some traffic delays and some long lines…AND…have a GREAT attitude! :-) If you are tempted to get angry for any reason just think, “WOW…this is church!” Remember…this will be one of the largest church gatherings in the history of the state…so don’t get frustrated…get PUMPED! :-)
#6 - Come “prayed up” and asking God to do amazing things at this service…we are begging him that hundreds will surrender their lives to Christ.
#7 - Come ready to give! I am praying that we will take up the largest one time offering ever in the history of NewSpring Church. For some, this may be the week you tithe for the first time…and for others, it may be the week that you give an offering above the tithe. The only thing I would ask is that if God has blessed you somehow through this ministry…consider saying “thank You” back to Him in a tangible way when the offering buckets are passed.
#8 - Come ready to SING…seriously, the band is READY…and I believe over 15,000 people singing together in one voice is going to be one of the most memorable events of our lives!
#9 - Remember, kids are coming into the BILO center for the celebration. (Parents…it will be loud!) We are excited about this; however, if your child begins to “freak out” for any reason we would ask you that you please take them out of the auditorium so that they would not be a distraction for someone who may need to hear the Gospel.
#10 - Take some time this week and beg God to make Himself so obvious among us…and that He, in His mercy, will draw men and women to Him during the invitation.
