Howdy NewSpring Church, FIVE things I would love to share with you today…
#1 - I LOVE MY CHURCH! This past Sunday’s message from Pastor Steven Furtick was amazing…and, to be honest and transparent, was very challenging and convicting for me personally. Some of the things that stood out to me were…
- Many times we don’t need more blessings in our lives but rather to open our eyes to the blessings that God has already poured out in our lives!
- When our “unchanging situation” meets an unchanging God then our situation can change!
- There are only two times when I should praise God…when I feel like it and when I don’t! (See Psalm 69:30!)
- Gratitude is NEVER invisible or silent.
- What we would call unexpressed gratitude God would call a lost opportunity.
- Gratitude sustains joy and blessings in our lives.
- Gratitude begins where my sense of entitlement ends…I cannot feel grateful for something I feel entitled to!
- God’s mercies are made brand new to us EVERY single morning (Lamentations 3:22-24) and for THAT we should be GRATEFUL!
- When Daniel found out that he could get in trouble for worshipping God…he did not complain but gave God thanks! (See Daniel 6:10!)

- HAVE to be here!!!
- Bring someone!
- Bring a Kleenex!
Trust me, it’s going to be an amazing service as we dive into how to know that God loves us when things around us seem to be going so bad!
(AND…in case you missed it yesterday or Sunday, here is the 411 on getting tickets for our Easter services. Remember, found people find people, I’m asking every single owner to do whatever it takes to get people here for one of our 33 services across 7 different campuses!)
#4 - And also, in case you missed it yesterday (right here)...we have launched the largest social media campaign we’ve ever undertaken in order to assist everyone in our church to invite as many people as possible to NewSpring Church the week of Easter, here is more information on that and how you can get involved. Let’s go ALL OUT!
#5 - Gauntlet registrations are coming in like CRAZY!!! One more time…I can promise you it will be one of THE BEST WEEKS of your teenager’s life! Do what it takes to get them there. (Here is the website!) The cost is $275 until the end of the day this coming Sunday, THEN it will increase to $325. I absolutely cannot wait for this week to take place…it is one of the most amazing things I have the privilege of participating in.
